Business Analyst (Lean Six Sigma)
Lead process improvement engagements using DMAIC methodology across manufacturing, services, and data environments.
- Lead end-to-end DMAIC improvement projects across client operations
- Conduct value stream mapping, process analysis, and root cause analysis (fishbone, 5-Why, Pareto)
- Facilitate client workshops, present findings to senior stakeholders, and manage project governance

Hands-on POPIA implementation - IO designation, processing registers, breach protocols, and staff training.
- Conduct POPIA readiness assessments against all 8 Conditions for Lawful Processing
- Build and maintain POPIA compliance frameworks - processing registers, ROPA, PIA documentation
- Draft and implement breach response protocols, data subject request procedures, and consent mechanisms

Financial Modelling Specialist
Three-statement models, scenario analysis, and investor-ready presentations for M&A and capital raise mandates.
- Build integrated three-statement financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for M&A and fundraising mandates
- Develop scenario, sensitivity, and Monte Carlo analyses to stress-test deal assumptions
- Calculate normalised EBITDA, working capital adjustments, and enterprise/equity value bridges
- Prepare investor-ready financial presentations and information memorandum financial sections
- Support due diligence data room preparation and financial Q&A with potential investors or acquirers
- CA(SA), CFA, CIMA, or equivalent - or demonstrable deal modelling track record without formal qualification

Power BI & Data Analytics Developer
End-to-end Power BI for client-facing BI and reporting engagements - data modelling, DAX, Power Query, ERP/CRM connectors.
- Design and build executive and operational Power BI dashboards for client delivery
- Develop semantic data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations
- Connect to live ERP, CRM, SQL, Excel, and API data sources

Scorecard analysis, ownership structuring, skills development, and ESD advisory for South African entities.
- Conduct current state B-BBEE scorecard assessments across all five elements
- Develop ownership restructuring strategies - trusts, ESOPs, SPVs - to maximise equity points
- Advise on skills development spend, learnership programmes, and WSP/ATR submissions
- Design and implement ESD and supplier development programmes aligned to DTI codes
- Prepare clients for SANAS-accredited verification audits

- Draft and negotiate Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), shareholder agreements, and term sheets
- Conduct legal due diligence - corporate, commercial, IP, employment, and regulatory matters
- Advise on warranty and indemnity (W&I) positions and negotiate with counterparty counsel
- Coordinate Competition Commission filings, SARB approvals, and other regulatory clearances
- Support post-transaction integration from a legal and governance perspective

- Represent Kaymerc X at networking events, conferences, and industry platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners - accountants, lawyers, bankers
- Handover to the relevant division lead once a mandate is confirmed
